This June marks one year since the launch of Trinity Senior Services – a bold step forward in our century-long tradition of compassionate care and community for older adults.
A Strong Foundation for Growth
Born from the legacy of Milwaukee Catholic Home, Trinity Senior Services was established to unite all of our programs and communities under one shared mission and management structure. The creation of a centralized management company wasn’t just a structural shift – it was a strategic one. With 4 senior living communities, over 800 older adults, nearly 600 employees, and nearly 200 children across our campuses, Trinity Senior Services provides the unified leadership needed to support a growing and diverse network. This structure allows us to meet increasing demand while staying grounded in our core mission.
Living A Life Engagedâ„¢
At the heart of our organization is A Life Engagedâ„¢, a holistic approach to aging that nurtures wellness in every dimension – physical, social, cognitive, spiritual, and emotional. Whether through vibrant programming, intergenerational connections, or compassionate care, we empower individuals to live fully and thrive in community. Following a successful fundraiser, we’re also thrilled to share that a brand-new bus is on the way – ready to support our many enriching outings through A Life Engaged and help residents explore the world around them with greater ease.
Strengthening our Teams and Infrastructure
As Trinity Senior Services has grown, the teams that support it have too. With an expanding reach and a deepening commitment to excellence, we’re enhancing our infrastructure by adding new corporate office spaces at both Milwaukee Catholic Home and Trinity Woods. These additions will provide dedicated workspaces for our executive, human resources, marketing, and finance teams – strengthening collaboration and ensuring close connection to the communities they serve.

In addition, over the past year department restructures have been thoughtfully implemented to enhance efficiency, and strengthen the teams that support our signature programs.
Expanding Therapy Services
Earlier this year, we marked a major milestone with the integration of our skilled therapy team – formerly with MJ Care – into the Milwaukee Catholic Home family as in-house providers. This seamless transition preserved the high standard of care residents have come to expect, while expanding therapy services across all levels of care at MCH. In July, these services will expand once again – this time to Trinity Woods – broadening access to expert rehabilitative care across our network.
We’re proud to have recently received a 5-star rating from CMS and to be recognized as a high-performing provider in rehabilitation by U.S. News & World Report – honors that reflect the dedication of our team and the quality of care we deliver.
A Logo That Reflects Who We Are
With the formation of a new management company came the need for a new logo – one that reflects both our history and our future. Thoughtfully created by a local artist, the new logo represents Trinity Senior Services and the communities it serves. The color palette draws from the original logos of Milwaukee Catholic Home and Trinity Woods, symbolizing their unification under a single mission. The leaves embody our commitment to holistic wellness, guided by the five dimensions of our A Life Engaged® philosophy. The hand signifies the collective embrace of this mission by residents, staff, families, and the broader community – reinforcing our belief that we are truly Better Together.
