DESCRIPTION:Come and learn all about the amazing art and ecology of maple syrupin’ in WI and enjoy pancakes fresh off the griddle topped with delicious CEC maple syrup! \nWe will have our maples tapped and be boiling off the sap into syrup outside; taste testing encouraged with unlimited sampling! \nEducational demonstrations on tree tapping and syrup making will happen throughout the day. Children should be accompanied by adults. This event does not have specific activity times. Clare Gardens was formed to help residents of Milwaukee Catholic Home understand how to live and eat more sustainably. This mission has expanded to other senior communities and the Catholic Ecology Center located on the same property as the farm in Neosho\, WI.
