MCH- Chanel le Meaux & the Dapper Cads

Touted as “Milwaukee’s Top Torch Singer” six-time WAMI (Wisconsin Area Music Industry) Award winner Chanel le Meaux’s style has been described as heartfelt and sassy, yet distinctly loungey. Chanel le Meaux & the Dapper Cads performed as a resident band at the Packing House for more than 10 years. They give a nod to old school with their dress, but their talent far exceeds their look. The band features solid players from the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music on sax (Michael Caldwell), keys (Jeff Stoll), and drums (Joe Zarcone). The band’s repertoire spans from sultry standards to soulful, old school R&B/Motown, to more contemporary faves. Think Peggy Lee, Billie Holliday, Sinatra, Aretha and more! They capture the sparkle, sophistication and swagger of days gone by.
