Clare Gardens
Clare Gardens is a sustainable farm in Neosho, Wisconsin, rooted in the mission of Trinity Senior Services. For the past decade, we’ve grown fresh, organic produce that nourishes both body and soul — delivering food with care, purpose, and dignity.
Our Mission:
To nourish lives and honor the earth — one harvest at a time.
Our Story
As a resident of Milwaukee Catholic Home or Trinity Woods, you are part of Trinity Senior Services’ sustainable farm-to-table program, proudly sourced by Clare Gardens in nearby Dodge County. What started in 2015 as a single acre of vegetables planted through a partnership with the Burlington Brothers has grown over the past decade into an 18-acre sustainable farm located at the Catholic Ecology Center.
Today, Clare Gardens produces more than 40,000 pounds of fresh food each year for our senior living and retirement communities and local partner organizations. The farm features an orchard, perennial fruits and vegetables, hens, beehives, and a composting program that transforms food waste from share partners into nutrient-rich soil.
Rooted in Trinity Senior Services’ holistic approach to care, Clare Gardens cultivates more than produce. Through every season and harvest, it fosters wellness, stewardship, education, and community for residents, partners, and visitors alike.
Harvesting Our Impact
Each year, our farm grows more than food—it grows impact. With each season and every farm expansion, we increase our capacity to deliver fresh, local food from farm to plate. Explore the numbers below to see our growth over the last decade.

From Farm to Community: Who We Serve
Residents of Trinity Woods and Milwaukee Catholic Home enjoy fresh, organic produce along with year-round farm experiences and educational programming that help connect them to the land and the food they eat. Through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, Trinity Senior Services also serves a network of community partners, including local nonprofits and food programs that support older adults and families in need.

We collaborate with educational partners—such as the Catholic Ecology Center—as well as dedicated volunteers to promote learning around sustainability and environmental stewardship. From residents to community partners, our work is rooted in collaboration: together, we share the harvest, support those who need it most, and cultivate a deeper understanding of caring for the earth and one another.
