From the CEO to the chief people officer to the culinary director, we make sure every moment of every day is lived to its fullest.
David has been a leader in the field of aging services for three decades. Early in his career, Dave served as President and CEO of Presbyterian Homes of Wisconsin and served as Executive Director of the National Presbyterian Association of Homes and Services for the Aging which helped guide his career into a development and strategic planning role with Covenant Retirement Communities, where he served in master plan facilitation, project development and operational review roles for a multitude of continuing care communities throughout the United States. Since joining Milwaukee Catholic Home in 2010, Dave has guided MCH through major renovations, the celebration of the organization’s 100 Year Anniversary, and the completion of an intergenerational living community, Trinity Woods. Dave serves as Chair-Elect on the Board of Leading Age Wisconsin. Dave and his wife Chris live in Wauwatosa with their two children.
Katie Grant, Chief Clinical Officer, has served in a leadership role in long term care for nearly 30 years. Katie serves as a clinical consultant, providing support to interdisciplinary clinical teams at Milwaukee Catholic Home, Trinity Woods, Queen of Peace Friary, Our Lady of the Angels and other senior communities. Katie is certified as a CPR instructor through American Red Cross, a Nurse Aide Primary Training Instructor through the State of Wisconsin and a CBRF Trainer through the State of Wisconsin. Katie is a member of LeadingAge Wisconsin, Long Term Care Nursing Administration Group and Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council. Katie volunteers at her parish, St. Dominic’s, in Brookfield. Katie and her husband, Scott, live in Menomonee Falls with their two children.
Jessica has been an active member in the nonprofit community for over 20 years. Jessica was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 2005 and attained her Certified Public Accounting (CPA) licensure in 2009. She is active in serving on WICPA Educational Foundation Board of Directors and other committees and task forces benefiting the accounting profession, as well as a board member of the school communities in which her children attend. Jessica and her husband Will live in Greenfield with their three children.
Lisa brings to MCH over 20 years of experience working in various leadership positions in human resources. She has worked in a variety of industries including long term care. Lisa is from Wisconsin and attended Divine Savior Holy Angels High School and Marquette University. Shortly after graduating from Marquette University, she moved to Southern California where she lived until her return to the Milwaukee area in 2016.
Jim has 23+ years of experience working in Plant Operations in a multi-faceted senior care environment and over 38 years in construction and remodeling. He currently oversees multiple facilities and provides support, expertise and consultation to other leaders. Jim is very involved with the Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association where he holds a Board position at both state and local levels, is the Chair for the Technology Committee and resides on the Code Committee. He is also a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering, National Fire Protection Association and Wisconsin Southeastern Senior Care Facility Directors. Jim had previously held a position on the Facilities Maintenance Advisory Board for Waukesha County Technical College. He does volunteer work for a nonprofit organization that provides support and resources for those affected by addictions, the American Heart Association and has tutored math at a local school.
Michelle has served in various community outreach and marketing roles throughout her career. Michelle began her career with the Milwaukee Brewers and Milwaukee World Festival/Summerfest. She has worked in various roles including community outreach and new business development. Michelle then discovered her passion for senior living and worked in new business development and outreach for senior living and homecare/hospice. Michelle joined Milwaukee Catholic Home as the Community Outreach Director and now serves as Vice President of Marketing and Community Outreach. Michelle connects the community to Trinity Senior Services and helps guide seniors and their families along their aging journey. Michelle and her husband are very involved in their community of Elm Grove and volunteer regularly at their children’s schools.
Jon has been consulting, coaching, and training at the Milwaukee Catholic Home for five years. In February of 2024, he joined the team in a more permeant role as Vice President of Mission Integration and Leadership Development. In this role, he works closely with other key leaders to set the direction, engagement, implementation, and evaluation of the Mission Integration for all of Trinity Senior Services. Jon ensures the company is living out the interests of the organizational mission, vision, and values by developing programs for the leadership team and New Employee Orientation. To further support our mission, he works closely with other leaders in the organization to provide spiritual needs and opportunities for our communities and acts as a Liaison to the Catholic Community.
Jon holds a doctorate in Leadership with a research focus on Catholic leadership and a master’s degrees in both theology and social work. In addition to his work for Trinity Senior Services, Jon is a professor of Theology at Marquette University teaching courses in Foundations of Theology and Social Welfare and Justice, Catholic Social Teaching, Vatican II, Christian Discipleship, and Service of Faith and Promotion of Justice. He has a long history serving in many pastoral roles including a college campus minister, adult formation, and family formation minister which has served him well in his current role with Trinity Senior Services.
Amy has served in healthcare her entire career. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from UW-La Crosse. She began her career in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Institute where she worked for 12 years. Helping people achieve their full potential and live their best life has been her passion ever since. Amy has been at Milwaukee Catholic Home since 2011, working with the team to create engaging and transformative experiences designed to inspire and ignite the spirit, mind and body! Amy is actively involved in RCAD (Residential Community Activity Director), Ladies of Charity and volunteers with the All Saints Meal Program. She and her husband Bill have three children and live in Whitefish Bay.
Chris brings a focus on customer experience from his prior leadership roles at country clubs in Mequon and Franklin, WI. His innovative approach led to the implementation of a la carte restaurant-style dining in MCH’s skilled nursing facility, and he also oversees Clare Gardens, Milwaukee Catholic Home’s farm to table program and community garden. Chris is a former board member for the Wisconsin chapter of the Club Managers Association of America.
Caitlin Elftman has been a dedicated member of the Milwaukee Catholic Home and now Trinity Senior Services team since October 2015. She initially joined as a Mission Advancement Coordinator, where she played a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s mission and donor goals. Through her exceptional work and commitment, she was promoted to Director of Mission Advancement in January 2022.
In her current role, Caitlin oversees the coordination and execution of all major fundraising strategies for Trinity Senior Services. Her responsibilities include donor solicitation, planning and organizing fundraising events throughout the year, and ensuring the successful coordination of meetings for the board of directors and its committees. Caitlin’s leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving the organization’s mission forward.
Caitlin graduated from the University of St. Thomas in May 2010, earning a degree in Public Relations and Art History. She resides in West Bend with her husband and their two sons. Caitlin’s blend of professional expertise and personal dedication makes her a valuable asset to the team and its mission.
Maureen Robinson brings over 30 years of dedicated experience working within the Senior Living industry. Throughout her extensive career, she has guided countless older adults and their families, helping them navigate complex housing options with empathy and expertise and continues to do so as our Sales & Residential Living Director for Trinity Woods. Her background experience in hospice care and medical billing, equips her with a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare and financial needs that accompany senior living decisions.
In addition to sales, Maureen is our representative at Trinity Woods for the Navigator Program, ensuring residents have a positive experience moving throughout the spectrum of care as healthcare needs change or fluctuate. She plays a crucial role by being the point of contact for family members and residents to ensure quality of stay, communication with other facilities, and problem-solving.
Maureen’s approach is characterized by a genuine desire to help individuals find their “new best life.” She listens attentively to each person’s story and priorities, ensuring their next step feels comfortable and welcoming. Outside of work, Maureen enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren, participating in Bible study, quilting, and knitting.

Sandy serves as the Administrator of Our Lady of Angels (OLA), a specialized memory care facility that is run in partnership School Sisters of Notre Dame (SSND) and the School Sisters of St Francis (SSSF) She works closely with the OLA team members to provide compassionate care for the sister’s mind, body and spirit. She has a personal passion working with the SSSF as she is an Associate with the SSSF and has been since 2016 doing community mission work. She invites all volunteers and visitors to experience the joyful community of OLA.
Sandy has a bachelor degree in Human Resources from the University of WI Stout. She started out her career working in the family business, Pella Windows of North Dakota, with her husband, Mark. The family business brought Sandy, Mark and their three children to Brookfield WI in 2000. Sandy has served the Senior Living industry for 14 years in various leadership roles and her strengths lie in process improvement, senior outreach and staff development.
Kara has worked in healthcare and senior living for over 25 years as a clinical social worker and operations leader. Kara received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from UW-Milwaukee. She has a background in program development, compliance, process improvement and staff development. She and her husband live in Sussex with their college age son. Their older son lives in California.
Pat has worked in healthcare for 30 years, over 20 years as nursing home administrator. He holds a master’s degree from West Virginia University in clinical psychology where he was active in clinical research. During his early career he was active in research which he presented at national venues. He has extensive experience in for-profit and non-profit health care where he implemented systems to improve care to the seniors. Patrick has been a member of the State of Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator’s Examining Board since 2014 where he has served in numerous leadership roles, including Board Chair. Prior to joining Milwaukee Catholic Home, Patrick had the unique opportunity to open a new 120 bed nursing facility for veterans while also providing leadership to 120 assisted living units. He has been married for 31 years and has three adult children.
