GUEST SERVICES RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for those interested in in-house pool opportunities. Picking up shifts at other campuses may also be a possibility since we are a multi-campus company.

The GUEST SERVICES role provides customer service functions at the front reception desk:

• answering phone calls
• directing callers
• greeting and directing visitors
• providing oversight of all residents, visitors, guests, volunteers
• functions as center of communication in the event of emergency
• perform other functions as needed according to building/department needs

High school education required. Customer service or receptionist experience; preferably in a fast-paced environment utilizing a multi-line phone system preferred. Multiple part-time positions available!
