Philosophy of Service

Trinity Senior Services exists to enrich people’s lives and connect them to a purpose greater than themselves. We put this philosophy into practice through a combination of programming, services and experiences.

A Life Engaged

We believe an engaged life is a full life and the more aspects of your life you engage, the happier and healthier you age. When you call one of our senior living communities home, you continue growing, learning, loving, belonging, connecting and contributing. A Life Engaged enables a personal sense of purpose and belonging no matter where you are in your life’s journey.

A Life Plan Community

At Milwaukee Catholic Home, we offer a continuum of care that includes independent living, assisted living, memory care and long-term skilled nursing. It’s a life plan community—sometimes known as a continuing care community—that allows planning and living to merge. A life plan community gives residents and their families the security and peace of mind of knowing that as needs change, so does our personalized care.

Care Partnering Program

At Trinity Senior Services, we work hard to understand the needs and feelings of our residents. We believe kindness matters, and our care partnering service offers help with daily living. This includes transportation, cleaning and organizing, grooming and dressing, meal preparation and much more.

Culinary Experiences

Residents of our senior living communities enjoy a dynamic assortment of nutritious and delicious meals. They also reap the benefits of our sustainable farm-to-table produce program, Clare Gardens. Not only is it the source of produce for our senior living communities—Milwaukee Catholic Home and Trinity Woods included—it also provides residents with educational and social opportunities.

Environmental Stewardship

Trinity Senior Services is dedicated to responsible stewardship of the environment. Recently, Trinity Woods was awarded a green infrastructure grant to employ a variety of solutions to help protect Lake Michigan by managing water and where it falls. We’ve also installed a solar array which generates electricity alongside data about how much C02 we’re saving.

Everyday Amazing

We believe you or your loved one with memory challenges brought on by Alzheimer’s disease or dementia deserve a caring, homelike environment that supports health and independence. We know cognitive and physical decline can be the most difficult challenges faced by older adults. Our exceptional assisted living memory care service, Everyday Amazing, is evidence-based and research-driven.

Spiritual Life

Since its founding 1913, Milwaukee Catholic Home has been informed and infused by its identity as a Catholic institution. Its Catholic culture is evident in all aspects of its campus, from Masses and sacramental life to the supportive community of staff and residents. When welcomed through the doors, people of all faiths discover a spirit of joy, compassion and gratitude.

Guided by its mission and philosophy, Trinity Senior Services is in a league all its own, setting a standard for other retirement communities.
