Independent Living

The independent living options at Trinity Woods are all about engagement. Whether you want the peace and privacy of your apartment or the energy and companionship that an intergenerational environment can invite, we offer the perfect combination of independence and community.

Residents at Trinity Woods enjoy the wide variety of programs and experiences that are uniquely accessible in such close proximity to Mount Mary University, as well as the experience of living in community with such a dynamic population of neighbors! Assisted Living

Trinity Woods features 20 units with trained staff available day and night to provide assisted living for seniors. Here you’ll have opportunities to experience theater, art, intergenerational connection, outdoor walking paths, a pond and green spaces.

Note that the Trinity Woods assisted living apartment suites are currently occupied by the School Sisters of Notre Dame but will be available to the public as units become available. Reach out to our housing advisor if you have questions about our assisted living options.

Student Housing

Trinity Woods includes 24 student housing units managed by Mount Mary University. With a primary goal of support and compassion, on-campus apartment living has been developed for single women undergraduate students and their young children. Students are inspired to reach their educational goals and assured their children are safe, growing and learning at the on-site child care center.
