Resident companions
Spend time visiting with residents, help them with projects, accompany them to appointments or shopping and much more.
Special events, programs and outings
Help with planning and implementation of activities that enrich the lives of residents, community members and volunteers, alike.
Art Assistant
Hep our Art Therapist set up and demonstrate art projects or to assist residents with their creative projects.
Technology assistants
Mentor residents who are interested in learning more about computers, social media and other technology that can enhance daily life and sense of community.
Café or Emporium assistants
Help out in the Water Tower Café or the Emporium at Milwaukee Catholic Home as a way to give back to the community while enriching your own life experiences.

Have an idea for an event or program? Interested in presenting or leading on a specific topic or talent? We’d love to hear about it.
Pastoral Care Assistant
Help with a variety of chapel-focused services including leading and distributing communion, preparing the chapel for mass, and leading the rosary or distribute communion in residents’ rooms when needed.
Walk Me Home: End-of-Life Ministry
This program is a coordinated approach to end-of-life care that nurtures the emotional and spiritual well-being of our residents and their families. As a volunteer you become the connecting piece between residents, their families, and staff.
