Trinity Woods provides residents access to our care partners, who offer companionship services, assistance with daily living tasks and other requested services. This can include anything from medication reminders to outdoor adventures.
A Care Partner Program in partnership with A Life Engaged programming ensures our residents as well as seniors in the Milwaukee area have access to social experiences that provide them with support and community.
Clare Gardens
Milwaukee Catholic Home features a fresh, sustainable farm-to-table program. Covering 18 acres in Dodge County, Clare Gardens is the source of produce for our senior living communities and provides residents with educational and social opportunities.
