Catholic Ecology Center: Foraged Drinks-Late Summer

Come for an experiential evening of foraging focused around the diverse uses of plants for teas and infused spirits. Take a guided hike around the CEC to learn how to identify and gather useful plants. We’ll then take our foraged bounty back to the building where we will learn how to make them into teas, lemonade and infused spirits. You’ll even be able to take some plants home with you!! Open for all ages; Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paid adult.
