Trinity Senior Services Care Partner Program
In-Home Care & Companionship
Trinity Senior Services provides care partners who offer companionship services, assistance with daily living tasks and other requested services for our residents at Milwaukee Catholic Home and Trinity Woods. Additionally, the program serves older adults in the community.
Our Vision
Our Care Partner Program serves clients by supporting their health and independence while enhancing their overall wellness. This is in keeping with our service philosophy of whole person wellness. This philosophy is rooted in creating community, and consistently provides choices and services that positively impact the health of those we serve.

Referrals for medical care, therapy services and home safety inspections
