Catholic Ecology Center: Maple Syrupin’

Come and learn all about the amazing art and ecology of maple syrupin’ in WI and enjoy pancakes fresh off the griddle topped with delicious CEC maple syrup!

We will have our maples tapped and be boiling off the sap into syrup outside; taste testing encouraged with unlimited sampling!

Educational demonstrations on tree tapping and syrup making will happen throughout the day. Children should be accompanied by adults. This event does not have specific activity times. Come when you want and stay for as long as you want. Children 5 and under are free.

There will be a gluten free option available.

Our maple syrup will be available for purchase.
