Family Resources

Family is an essential part of our community of care. When your loved one is a resident at either of our senior living communities — Milwaukee Catholic Home or Trinity Woods — we encourage you to be an active participant in their daily lives. You can play an important role in helping them live life to its fullest by keeping up to date on calendars, menus and more.
