At Trinity Senior Services, our mission extends into everything we do, from the care we provide to the programs we offer and the partnerships we build within our communities. That same commitment to dignity, sustainability, compassion, and community wellbeing guides the products we thoughtfully select for our gift shops.
Many of the products available in our gift shops come from mission-driven organizations, local farms, artists, and community partners whose work reflects the values we strive to live out every day. Each brand has been intentionally chosen because of its commitment to people, the environment, or communities both near and far.
This fall, you’ll have the opportunity to shop many of these products at our Fall Harvest Festivals, while also enjoying seasonal activities, local vendors, and the spirit of community.
Join us for our Fall Harvest Festivals:
Whether you’re looking for something delicious, practical, handcrafted or meaningful, your purchase can support a larger mission.
Located at the Catholic Ecology Center in Neosho, Clare Gardens is Trinity Senior Services’ working farm and an important part of our commitment to sustainability, education and care for creation.
The farm grows fresh, organic produce for our communities while providing opportunities to learn about regenerative agriculture, environmental stewardship, and sustainable food systems. Produce, honey, maple syrup, and eggs from Clare Gardens are also available in our gift shops, connecting the food we enjoy with the land and people who help grow it.
At the Fall Harvest Festival, our Clare Gardens booth will be filled with an abundance of farm fresh produce, along with soup kits and a Clare Gardens tote bag. You’ll also have a special opportunity to meet Farmer Anna, who will be there to share more about the farm, our growing practices, and the work happening at Clare Gardens.

Our commitment to sustainable agriculture also extends to the local farmers and producers we choose to support.
Meadowlark Farm & Mill, a Wisconsin farm committed to regenerative agriculture, grows food while working to improve soil health, protect water and strengthen rural communities. Their approach closely aligns with the values behind Clare Gardens and our own commitment to responsible stewardship of the land.

Some of the products in our gift shops carry a mission that reaches far beyond the item itself.
Franciscan Peacemakers, a Milwaukee based social enterprise, supports women survivors of human trafficking, exploitation and addiction. Through their bath and body product line, women have opportunities for employment, healing and a path toward greater independence.
At Trinity Senior Services, we believe in supporting organizations that promote dignity, healing, and community wellbeing. Franciscan Peacemakers’ work reflects these shared values, making their products a meaningful addition to our gift shops.

A cup of coffee can connect us to people and communities far beyond our own.
Many Hands Many Lands Coffee was created to support farmers and communities around the world through ethically sourced coffee. The School Sisters of Notre Dame are a valued partner of Trinity Senior Services, and they share meaningful connections with Many Hands Many Lands Coffee.
By purchasing and selling this coffee, we help support farming communities around the world while honoring the sisters’ longstanding commitment to justice, environmental stewardship, and education.

Art can also be a way to tell the story of caring for creation.
Wisconsin artist Andrea Meyer creates her “Forged Ink” prints using ink made from invasive plants removed from the land at the Catholic Ecology Center. By taking plants that have been removed through ecological restoration and transforming them into natural, plant derived artwork, Andrea gives these materials a new purpose.
Andrea reflects the shared stewardship values of Trinity Senior Services and the Catholic Ecology Center while bringing a meaningful piece of that mission into our gift shops.

For those with a sweet tooth, Captain’s Chocolate offers more than delicious small batch chocolate.
Based in Neosho, this local chocolatier sources cacao directly from Indigenous farmers in Costa Rica, with a focus on dignity, sustainability, and shared prosperity. Their bean to bar approach provides transparency from the farm to the finished chocolate while supporting farmers with prices well above fair trade rates.
As a neighbor to Clare Gardens, Captain’s Chocolate is another example of a local business whose work connects communities and encourages more thoughtful approaches to sourcing and production.

Some of the most meaningful items available in our gift shops are created right here within our own community.
These handcrafted items are lovingly made by the School Sisters of Notre Dame (SSND), many of whom are proud residents of Trinity Woods. As valued partners of Trinity Senior Services, the sisters bring creativity, tradition, and care into every piece they create.
Purchasing their handmade work is a wonderful way to celebrate their talents while honoring the meaningful connection we share with the sisters.

We are proud to partner with organizations and individuals who share our commitment to dignity, sustainability, stewardship, and community. By thoughtfully selecting the products we offer, we hope to make it easier for our residents, families, employees, and visitors to support these missions while finding something special to enjoy or share.
We invite you to visit us at one of our Fall Harvest Festivals and discover these mission driven products for yourself.
