CNA Training Program
Do you enjoy caring for others? Are you ready to start a meaningful, in-demand health care career in long term care? Milwaukee Catholic Home is proud to offer a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) training course in coordination with WisCaregiver Careers. Our program provides an opportunity to take on one of health care’s most vital support roles, with numerous benefits to meet your needs and goals:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to high demand and incredible interest in the Milwaukee Catholic Home CNA Training Program, the wait time for interview and entry into the program is approximately three to six months. We will update this space as changes occur. We welcome applications, but also encourage those interested in a healthcare career as a CNA to explore other facilities offering programs through WisCaregiver Careers. Thank you for your interest!
If you are interested in the Milwaukee Catholic Home Nurse Aide Training Program, please review and carefully follow the steps below. Our program receives an overwhelming number of applications, and successful enrollment depends upon your accurate completion of each step. Please note, if you plan to private pay for the CNA Training Program, skip to Step 2.
- Register with WisCaregiver Careers at wiscaregivercna.com. (You likely already completed this step and found your way to us through their site
!) You will receive additional instructions and a video tutorial via two emails from WisCaregiver Careers upon registration. - Complete and return the Milwaukee Catholic Home Nurse Aide Training Program application below to recruiting@trinityseniorservices.org. Only applications submitted via this email or in person at our Health & Rehabilitation Center (2330 N Prospect Ave) facility will be accepted for consideration.
- Once your application has been reviewed, and if you have selected the scholarship option which also indicates you are interested in employment, you will be contacted to schedule a 30-minute in-person interview for admission into the program.
- If you are selected for enrollment, you will be contacted by our program administrators within 2-3 weeks of your interview to schedule your orientation and class.
