Join us for a one-of-a-kind experience at the Milwaukee Cheese and Cocktail Bar, where vibrant city energy meets the time-honored craft of cheesemaking. Delight your palate with an elevated cheese journey. Pair your selections with thoughtfully chosen wines. We’ll enjoy a behind-the-scenes to see how Hill Valley Dairy cheese is made. Visit the Artisan Cheese shop to take home your favorites! The cost is $25. Bus leaves from TW/MCH at 1:15/1:30 PM or you can meet us there for a 2pm start time.
