Milwaukee Catholic Home
Milwaukee Catholic Home was founded 1913 by women associated with the Marquette Women’s League who understood the need for compassionate care and residential services for older adults. Recognized for exceptional service, it features a complete continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, transitions rehabilitation and skilled nursing. The Residence at Milwaukee Catholic Home is at 2462 N. Prospect Ave., Milwaukee. The Health and Rehabilitation Center is at 2330 N. Prospect Ave., Milwaukee.
Trinity Woods
Trinity Woods is a one-of-a-kind intergenerational housing community. Opened in 2021, it features modern senior living with independent and assisted living options. It also includes private homes for retired School Sisters of Notre Dame and undergraduate Mount Mary University students who are single mothers with children under age 12. Trinity Woods is at 9525 W. Burleigh St., Milwaukee.
Clare Gardens
Clare Gardens is a sustainable farm-to-table program sourced from 18 acres of land at the Catholic Ecology Center in Neosho, Wisconsin. The area includes an orchard and perennial fruits, vegetables, hens, beehives and the composting of food waste from share partners. It provides more than 30,000 pounds of produce each year for Milwaukee Catholic Home, Trinity Woods and other senior living communities in the Milwaukee area.
Our Lady of the Angels Convent
Our Lady of the Angels Convent is a 48-unit religious community in Greenfield, Wisconsin, and sponsored by the School Sisters of Notre Dame and the School Sisters of St. Francis. Trinity Senior Services began its management services in June 2022.
Queen of Peace Friary
Queen of Peace Friary is a senior housing community located in Burlington, Wisconsin, and managed by Trinity Senior Services. It is home to the Franciscan Friars of the Province of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
Catholic Ecology Center
The Catholic Ecology Center is located in Neosho WI and home to Trinity Senior Services’s local farm, Clare Gardens. As a partner of Trinity Senior Services, our company helps with some of the day-to-day management for this organization. The Catholic Ecology Center seeks to deepen faith and foster a stewardship ethic through hands-on encounters with creation. The Catholic Ecology Center is a ministry of Laudato Si’ Project.
Trinity Senior Services Care Partners
Trinity Senior Services provides care partners who offer companionship services, assistance with daily living tasks and other requested services for our residents at Milwaukee Catholic Home, Trinity Woods, Clement Manor and Our Lady of the Angels. The program also serves older adults in the community.
